Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrap available in the shipping section at checkout, just select the option "Gift Box with Ribbon"

Can I ship directly to a gift recipient?

Yes! We exclude prices on gifts, just make sure you mark the order as a gift, feel free to include a gift message and sign your name so they know who sent it. Also make sure you have their address typed in the ship to section.

Does your "Add Personalization" option include birth stats, date, or a 3rd name?

No. To add anything more than 2 names to an "Add Personalization" item is an upgrade. See our Personalization Upgrade section for options.

If I purchase the "No Personalization" option and also type a name in the personalization details box, will you embroider it?

No. I will attempt to contact you with the link upgrade to the "Add Personalization" option, and if you do not reply or purchase the upgrade, I will send the blanket without personalization. If you want to send it back and have it personalized, shipping will be at your cost.

What if my order is returned to sender or undeliverable?

I will contact you to let you know, the cost to ship a second time will be the buyers responsibility. Please double and triple check the address you input at checkout, and alert gift recipients that a package is on the way.
